Product description
Unarmored stranded copper power cable (CU/XLPE/PVC), Produced by BAHRA Cables Company according to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard (IEC 60502-1). Insulated with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), which offers an exceptional combination of properties that make it the ideal choice for a wide range of power and energy transmission applications due to its excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties, where it is characterized by its ability to withstand high temperatures up to 90°C for extended periods without compromising performance. It also offers excellent moisture, corrosion, and chemical resistance, ensuring long-term use safety. Additionally, it is sheathed with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which provides extra protection for the cable against shocks, abrasion, and corrosion, and prevents harmful UV rays from damaging the cable. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available in different shapes, sizes, and conductor ratings to meet diverse application requirements.
