Sabit Primer D41 is a cold-applied asphaltic primer, resistant to moisture and water, used in asphalt roofing systems and as a damp-proof and waterproofing layer, both above and below ground level, it is specifically designed for application on concrete surfaces, masonry, metal, and asphalt surfaces, it is also used as a primer to receive waterproofing membranes or liquid asphalt products.

- Base Bitumen Softening Point: 80 – 95°C
- Distillation Distillate (vol % of the primer): min 35% (up to 225°C), max 65% (up to 316°C)

- Solubility in Trichloroethylene: 99%
- Water Content (by volume): max 0.5%
