The PortaCount® Respirator Fit Tester is a quantitative device that supports new CNC protocols and complies with OSHA, CSA, HSE and ANSI standards for all types of respirators, including N95 and FFP3. Features N95 Companion™ technology and Real-Time FitCheck mode for real-time fit monitoring, and allows testing automation via FitPro+™ software. It can be operated standalone or with an external computer for reporting and printing of test cards, with a color touch screen interface for ease of use.

It features smart touchscreen solutions that support respiratory protection programs from training to compliance, with full compatibility with CNC-modified protocols and standards such as OSHA, CSA, HSE, INRS, and ANSI for all types of tight-fitting respirators, including N95, 99, 100, FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3. The device includes N95 Companion™ technology to enhance mask selection, and the Real-Time FitCheck™ mode allows real-time fit monitoring to improve training effectiveness. The group fit testing feature enables control of up to four devices from a single screen, and the FitPro+™ program automates training, testing, and record-keeping efficiently.
