Hempel's Mastic Filler from Hempel Paints, is a high-performance water-based product based on an acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It is used to level interior surfaces and effectively conceal imperfections. It features good filling and sanding properties, providing an ideal base for surfaces before applying paint or final coverings, ideal for walls, ceilings, partitions, and other interior surfaces that require leveling.
